Junior Fishing Club – Advanced
*Tathra Club - 3.45pm to 5.15pm weekly Mondays (Term start 2nd week of school term)
*Merimbula/Pambula Club - 3.45pm to 5.15pm weekly Wednesdays (Term start 2nd week of school term)
Every session weekly consists of a theory section and then a practical casting & fishing session to practice their new skills.
Week 1 – Lure Fishing Advanced
Week 2 – Kayak Fishing (Kayaks supplied)
Week 3 – Freshwater Fish & Fishing
Week 4 – Estuary Fishing
Week 5 – FG Knot & Leaders
Week 6 – Rock & Night Fishing
Week 7 – Visit with Marine Rescue – Rock Fishing and strategic planning
Week 8 – Presentation of homework project – Writing a fishing article
Week 9 – Interclub competition
All equipment is supplied weekly including kayaks and relevant fishing equipment.
